Who we are
Rnuin is operated by Rnu Labs Ltd. To contact us about your information, email hello@rnuin.com.
What we collect
When you sign up, we collect your email address and any other details you choose to provide in the form. We also keep a record of your signup and confirmation so we can respect your preferences. MailerLite, which runs our signup form and mailing list, may process technical information needed to operate the form and deliver emails.
How we use it
If you agree, we use your details to send emails about Rnuin’s launch, products and occasional offers. Our basis for sending these marketing emails is your consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting us. We may retain a limited record of your choice so we do not email you again by mistake.
Who helps us
We use MailerLite to collect subscriptions and send emails, and Netlify to host this website. We do not sell your email address. These providers may process data outside the UK; where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards required by data protection law.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while you are subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we remove you from marketing emails and may keep a limited suppression record to honour that choice. We delete other information when it is no longer needed for these purposes.

Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or ask us to restrict how we use it. You can withdraw marketing consent whenever you like. Email hello@rnuin.com and we will respond. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office if you are unhappy with how we handle your information.
